Well, here are some base figures (also know as fashion croquis). These will help you out so you can just concentrate on designing. If you look closely at the examples on this site, you will recognize many of these figures. At the start of the Future Fashion Design Contest era as we know it today, there was a small selection of croquis that was passed around from artist to artist and competition to competition. Low-res versions of the originals drawn by Sally C. Fink, Karen Schnaubelt, and Christine Mansfield are available here in the gallery above
There are now ALSO a wide variety of croquis for people of all shapes, sizes, and abilities, many of whom require technology to enhance their lives. These croquis come from The Croquis Project. Read more here: Croquis-Costume_Read Me and Example of Use in Lesson. You may print these figures out and make copies, but please keep the copyright information with them.
Only one design may be submitted per page in any contest. Back views may be allowed on the same pages, but always check the rules for each specific contest.
To print a full size figure, select from the gallery above and when you have loaded the full-size image, right click to download the image. Each image should fill a single sheet of paper. If you start with the first image, you can load each one in sequence.
